Ring with citrines and yellow sapphires by Isabelle Langlois
Although established in Paris, Isabelle Langlois belongs to a family of gemstone cutters and dealers, coming from the Jura Mountains (France). As such, Isabelle Langlois received a dual inheritance: the superior knowledge of coloured gemstones she acquired from Jurassien cutters, on the one hand; the graphic influence of Parisian high-end jewellery, on the other. This dual inheritance results in a poetic and warm style, in jewels looking like flower bunches. Amidst the wide assortment of shades, sizes and shapes, Isabelle Langlois plays with over 70,000 gemstones to translate into jewels the many emotions she feels at gazing Nature’s treasures.
